Shanghai Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau and Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park Management Committee has entitled PDBPA as the model unit for overseas Chinese entrepreneur. PDBPA is the first group of units that has been given such title. The model unit will be the place for overseas Chinese entrepreneurs to take a short period of internship program which will help them start business at Zhangjiang.
